I am a blend of Agiorgitiko and Syrah from the Peloponnese, made using carbonic maceration to lock in my youthful rebellion. eMeis is the brainchild of winemakers who think outside the barrel, creating a wine that's as bold and innovative as a graffiti-tagged ruin in Athens. Fun fact: this technique gives me a fruit-forward zing, making me the life of the wine party – no tannins allowed.
