Annesanti 'Sibillino' - Pecorino

Annesanti 'Sibillino' Pecorino is grown in the foothills of central Italy's Sibillini Mountains. The wine region is the only landlocked region in all of Italy, so no coastal influence for this wine. 

With a light golden hue this wine carries flavors of ripe pear, lemon zest, and a touch of floral elegance - not unlike the cheese with my same name.
