Battered Sav is a blend of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Savagnin from the sandy soils of Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula.

The grapes are whole-cluster pressed, co- fermented, and time in various old barrels, where it's character develops into something special. With no filtering or added sulfur, this wine is a natural, barrel-aged expression of elegance & vibrant complexity.
