Château La Borie - Syrah/Grenache Blend

This Château La Borie is a Syrah/Grenache Blend from the wild hills of the Languedoc, specifically from 50+ year-old vines in the Hautes-Corbières region. The grapes used to be ignored—blended, overcropped, dismissed—but now they shine in the hands of minimalists like winemaker Pierre. I give spicy red fruit, fresh earth, and fierce southern character.

This red wine is fermented whole cluster with no additions and no filtration. It's rustic yet electric.
