Château La Borie - Côtes du Rhône Blanc

This Château La Borie is blend of Clairette and Grenache Blanc from the Southern Rhône, where white wines are often overlooked. The grapes are grown on limestone and clay soils under piercing sun and wind, developing texture without losing freshness. Expect lemon pith, honeysuckle, and a whisper of almond. 

The wine is left unmasked—no heavy oak, no gloss. It's the Rhône Blanc they don’t teach in textbooks, but should.
