Gobelsburg "Cistercien" is a blend of Pinot Noir, Zweigelt & St. Laurent from a region where winemaking dates back to 12th century monks. These Cistercians believed in manual labor, especially in the vineyard. Today, it's still managed the same way – no equipment or pesticides.
