Ecker - Gruner Veltliner

A Gruner Veltliner from Southern Austria. The vines' roots thrive in mineral-rich “loess” soil, formed by centuries of wind-blown dust. This soil is what gives the wine a signature crisp character. Gruner is Austria’s most widely planted grape, probably due to its adaptability & resilience.

It's also often paired with the nation’s signature dish, Wiener Schnitzel.
