A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot from a remote vineyard where the salty breezes of the Southern Ocean infuse a distinct minerality. The grapes are organically grown in deep sandy soils, and aged in barrel for 8 months.

The wine has layers of ripe fruit, saline freshness, and earthy complexity. With zero additives or filtration, it's a true reflection of natty winemaking at its finest.
