Little Soul Pinot Noir is a carbonic-fermented Pinot from the Adelaida District of west Paso Robles. It's organically farmed, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and bottled with a gentle effervescence. 

Winemaker Molly Longborg’s “Old School” style of carbonic maceration is a tribute to experimentation and natural energy. This red wine is fresh, fun & full of character.
