Malcaracter "Limited" - Tempranillo

Malcaracter "Limited" is a Tempranillo made by two rebellious winemakers in Ribera
Del Duero - a region just a few hours north of Madrid. The region’s harsh climate can
create firm, drying tannins so many winemakers use additives to soften the wine up. But these winemakers let nature do the work.

The grapes are hand harvested, spontaneously fermented & balanced with just a touch of oak to give the wine a naturally rich smoothness.
