La Maldicion - Malvar

Meet Malvar, a rare and spirited white grape from Spain’s Valdilecha region - just a stone's throw from Madrid. Today the grape has been largely replaced by more popular varietals, but a few winemakers keep it because it can survive drought, heat, pests... and maybe nuclear blast.
