This Tuscan red is built from Sangiovese. The winemaker sits outside DOC rules not to be different, but to avoid stylistic constraints. The fermentation is native and the élevage avoids new oak, allowing Sangiovese’s natural acidity and savory edge to stay intact.

It reflects Chianti Classico terroir without the framework that usually defines it.
