Sonder - Orange Wine

This Sonder is a Viognier grape made into an orange wine. Orange wines are crafted via a process that involves fermenting white grapes with their skins - much like a red wine. This method imparts a distinctive amber/orange hue and a complex flavor profile. 

The Yakima Valley, with its hot days and cold nights, is ideal for developing intense floral aromatics – the famous calling card of a good Viognier.
